Could be something like this:
-(void)setToolTip:(CPString)aToolTip
{
if (_toolTip == aToolTip)
return;
_toolTip = aToolTip;
#if PLATFORM(DOM)
_DOMElement.title = aToolTip;
#endif
}
Maybe we need test cases for critical situations like when a view with a toolTip displayed is removed from the superview ...
