CPToolbar's attempt to raise an exception itself raises an exception

An unknown selector format: is used when CPToolbar tries to raise an exception about null CPToolbarItems, causing the app to die with a completely unrelated exception :-)

Note that the format string is not parsed by CPException, I couldn't find any info / implementation on this when browsing around.

    you'll either want to do something lke [CPString stringWithFormat:..., or you could send it through sprintf();
