CPScrollView performance issues (maximum calls of reflectContentsOfScrolledClipView: perceived often)

The problem was in the way we were handling document view frame changes. Now we just do scrollToPoint: in clip view instead of trying to identify it in reflectScrollClipView: (incorrectly), thus limiting recursive calls.
