HUDWindows and Toolbars

HUDWindows do not display toolbars correctly. It seems to simply be a framing and UI issue. For an immediate fix, the frame could simply be adjusted to fit within the HUD window while a future UI is worked on. But I'm sure being able to add the current toolbars to a HUD window would be very helpful to many people.
