CPArray subArrayWithRange: errors

subArrayWithRange: uses a bad calculation to determine if a CPRangeException should be thrown (using location + CPRangeMax when CPRangeMax is correct on its own), as well as using a variable that is not declared or defined anywhere (maxRange).
I've attached a patch.
