CPColorPanel Needs To Remove Or Implement Kuler Support

The public CPColorPanel still has the Kuler tab from 280slides. However, the backend to power this feature is not provided. Therefore, the Kuler tab needs to be removed or a sample backend provided.

here is a patch to remove CPKulerPicker.j completely

here's a replacement patch that properly centers the icons now that CPKulerPicker is gone
