Bug in internet exporer when refreshing page?

If I refresh or visit the page in the same tab in IE 7 (not tested on 6) I keep getting the error: "'_DOMBodyElement' is null or not an object.". I tested to clear all cache the cache in IE and the error dissapeared for one refresh.
