Bug with CPCollectionView items

This bug fix http://tinyurl.com/delq8w create a new bug : we can't double click or drag CollectionVien anymore.
You can see what's happen here :
http://finder.jegnux.com <-- version with fix : you can click on items to change focus, but you can't drag or double click on items
http://finder.jegnux.com/old/ <-- version without fix : you can double click or drag an item, but you have to click under the CollectionView to change the focus.
