Make CPAnimation "pausable" -- Allow startAnimation after stopAnimation.
Reported by Francisco Tolmasky | 2008-12-15 16:39:59 UTC | in 0.6.5
Currently doing [animation stopAnimation] then [animation startAnimation] will start the animation over, not continue where it left off.
