currentMousePosition is null errors

This happens when using the scroll wheel and the window is not in focus. It is due to the scroll wheel code using "currentMousePosition" to determine where the mouse is when the wheel is scrolling as opposed to asking the DOM Event. We do this currently because Firefox 2 is buggy in its positioning of this event.
