Here are some simple patches for the NewApplication files. Just some cleanup or comments and whitespace. The most substantive is changing 'import' to '@import' which I think is the current API.

I'm not sure what's going on here with the tab-size changes (are you using tab instead of spaces, or 2 spaces instead of 4?) Anyways, I took the @import changes and the copyright changes too.
