Skip check-missing-imports in standard jake test to make the load on travis-ci lighter.
"detect-missing-imports" takes a long, long time to run. Since it only emits warnings it can't affect the result of the continuous integration builds.
Until it can be made a little faster it's probably best to run
it by hand with jake check-missing-imports.
