Column sorting : Sort descriptors, sort indicator image, highlighted column.
Column resizing : Fixed bug where last column could not be resized.

              Left arrow cursor when reaching maxWidth.
              Moved table selection code to CPTableView.
              Disable automatic resizing when user is resizing column
      Partially fixed uniform resizing not prop. to columns width.
