Token field disclosure arrow for menu.
Disclosure arrow behaves like in Cocoa: it shows on hover and if clicked displays the token specific menu.
This change also removes the delete button by default. The
delete button can be enabled with [tokenField setButtonType:
CPTokenFieldDeleteButtonType].
